spawning big items in the middle of the SIM (central path), not acting on DM to remove items. Person in question wasn't even on the SIM. Also acc is only 2 days old (didn't we have a 30-day account-age lock on the sim?). edit: person in question spawned the car on the beach, drove up the street, then tried pick up lines on folk. When he didn't score, he left the SIM and left the car there.
