Dear Shelter32 team, I have been attending the old locations for years, and this is the first time the bot has banned me for no reason. I have never broken the rules, which I know very well. I kindly ask that you lift the ban. Regards, Nicky

    This ban predates the current management and automated ban systems. Notable however that for sure this person has never tried to visit Golden Shelter in the entire time I owned it.

    i have a bad feeling about this account after looking into their profile. It's 100% blank. And if they never were at Shelter at any time, they would have no need re-join. Also for some reason that acc is on my blacklist, not that i remember why
